The main advantages of using continuous inkjet printers include the ability to permanently mark codes to packaging while significantly reducing time and costs associated with manual labelling, the ability to run at production line speeds to increase productivity, and enablng customers to comply with applicable regulations. 

The continuous use of CIJ printers on production lines eliminates time for the ink to dry in the jets thus minimising nozzle clogging. Our printers also accomodate a relatively long distance between the print head and the substrate due to the use of very high velocity ink droplets, which also allow the printers to support high speed printing. Another benefit of speed is its ability to use volatile solvents such as ketones and alcohols, enabling the ink to penetrate into the substrate, to dry quickly, and ensuring permanence of the marks.
